On Performance Ratio — the decision worth making early. The /kpis response returns PR two ways: uncorrected, and temperature-corrected per IEC 61724 using γ = −0.35 %/°C. On a hot Indian site these differ materially, and dashboards that quietly pick one create arguments later. The prototype returns both plus the data-quality block, so we can agree the definition before it is built rather than after.
